Internet World 2008
As always, a visit to Internet World at Earls Court was a great opportunity to catch up on what's new in the Internet industry, take a look at some of the competition, and meet up with companies that offer services that compliment our own. In the past we've found it to be an invaluable couple of days, and this year was no exception.
A chance to hear some interesting talks from companies such as Google , startups - Huddle , and content providers - BBC on subjects as diverse as website optimisation, collaborative working and interactive content, as well as meet people with great ideas.
Two favourites that we found were: www.viapost.com - who will be able to print and send your letters from 27p+VAT. The service looks to be cheap, secure and convenient and we can't wait to try it.
The other was www.yooba.com who allow you to create interactive flash marketing campaigns online. The official launch is coming shortly, but having seen it in action, we can report that it's not only simple and fun to use, but the end results are amazing.
